Thundercomm Unveils New AIoT Hardware and Software Products and Solutions for Smart Home, Action Camera, and Robotics Built on the AIOS Platform

Thundercomm, a joint venture company by ThunderSoft and Qualcomm, launched two major edge AI hardware and software products and solutions at 2026 CES: two flagship Home AI offerings, and an all-new Jax Action Camera Turnkey Solution, all of them were powered by AIOS (AI-native Operating System).

Alongside the launch, Thundercomm also presented its one-stop AIoT solution with a full-spectrum portfolio of edge AI hardware and software products and solutions, as well as a diverse array of SOM and DK offerings from the TurboX platform. It’s AIoT solutions span multiple domains: smart home, smart cameras, smart wearables (AI glasses, VR/AR headsets, etc.), smart retail, video conference devices, robotics, and beyond. Thundercomm debuted two flagship Smart Home AI offerings: the AI Home Hub, and the AI fridge running on the same Qualcomm Snapdragon SM8750 processor. With the enablement from AIOS, a seamless cross-device integration was formed between these two, and a full-stack intelligent ecosystem is built anchored by the Home AI Agent. Thundercomm presented AI-enabled all-new Jax Action Camera Turnkey Solution optimized through AIOS system-level design. With it’s three key features, it redefined performance standards for entry-level action cameras leveraging on the powerful computing capabilities of Qualcomm camera-exclusive chips and the OS-level optimization. Furthermore, it delivers not only high flexible end-to-end device implementation plan for global brands and distributors, but also the path for partners to capture market opportunities in the sports imaging sector quickly.

Smallest size and the lightest weight in the industry: It weighs just 50 grams.
Equipped with a 1/1.3-inch large-format image sensor, the Jax Action Camera Turnkey Solution supports 4K high-definition video recording at 24–60fps across multiple aspect ratios (4:3/16:9/2.35:1).
Full-Spectrum Customization: End-to-end, highly flexible customization capability: no matter the needs – hardware, or software, or technical support and service.

In addition, the Turnkey Solution for Jax Action Cameras incorporates a suite of advanced technologies from algorithms optimization, to enhanced image capture in low-light environments capability enabled by its 0.8Lux full-color imaging, 0.003Lux low-illuminance clear imaging specification, and hardware configuration featuring a large aperture lens, to a comprehensive battery life of approximately 60 minutes to the waterproof capability – an IP68 waterproof rating of 10 meters underwater.
