I8275 SOM

TurboX I8275 is an 82 mm x 50 mm SMARC mechanically compatible edge AI SOM family based on Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ8/QCS8275. It combines AI computing, multi-camera processing, 4K video acceleration and high-speed expansion for machine vision, robotics and industrial IoT applications.
The product family is planned to cover multiple I8275-AC and I8275-AA configurations for different performance and operating-temperature requirements. The initial release will use the I8275-AC configuration, providing up to 20 TOPS of AI performance, 16 GB LPDDR5X memory and 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage. Planned I8275-AA variants will extend the family to up to 40 TOPS.
Initial I8275-AC SOM samples are targeted for late November to early December 2026, subject to PCB availability, board bring-up and validation.
